Mikel Arteta set to stay at Arsenal for the time being.
Mikel Arteta is expected to be in charge of Arsenal for at least the next month.
Arsenal are 100% behind Mikel Arteta and Edu as the club spent around £142 million on recruitments that Mikel Arteta wanted. The hierarchy at Arsenal are now monitoring Arteta as they want to see how the team will develop with these new signings such as Ben White from Brighton for £50 million, Takehiro Tomiyasu from Bologna for £17 million, Nuno Tavares from Benfica for £6.8 million, Sambi Lokonga from Anderlecht for £15 million pounds, Martin Odegaard from Real Madrid for £31.5 million and Aaron Ramsdale from Sheffield United for £25 million. Arsenal will now closely monitor if Arteta can pick up this poor form, starting with Norwich this weekend. If the Spaniard fails to pick up results for the London club, he will be moved on from the club.
